MEET OUR COUNSELORS

FirstLight Ministries clinical director Shari Montague.

Sharí Montague, LPC, CSAT

Sexual struggles, betrayal, and relational wounds can leave individuals and couples feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and unsure where to turn. Whether you are navigating compulsive sexual behaviors, the impact of betrayal, trauma, or challenges within your marriage, healing often begins with understanding your story and finding a safe place to process it.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), I work with men, women, and couples seeking restoration, clarity, and lasting change. Drawing from specialized training in sexual addiction, betrayal trauma, and relationship healing, I provide thoughtful assessment, individualized treatment, and guidance through difficult processes such as structured disclosure. Together, we will work toward greater honesty, healing, connection, and hope

Will Stanfield, PLPC

Life can sometimes feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, disconnection, conflict, or unhealthy behaviors that seem impossible to change. Whether you're facing relationship challenges, painful life transitions, questions of identity, or the lingering effects of past wounds, you don't have to navigate them alone.

I work with individuals and couples seeking greater healing, connection, and clarity. Drawing from relational therapy and approaches such as DBT, EFT, IFS, and CBT, I provide a safe space to understand your story, develop new skills, and move toward lasting change, deeper relationships, and a more grounded sense of self.
