You Are Not Alone
Countless women struggle with sexual fantasy, pornography, and compulsive sexual behaviors. Yet for many, the deepest wound is not only the struggle itself, but the belief that they are the only one struggling. Shame convinces us to hide. It tells us that if others knew our story, they would reject us. We remain silent, carrying burdens we were never meant to carry alone.
But Jesus can write another story. He modeled relationship that consistently connected with people burdened by shame. He welcomed them, listened to them, and taught them a new way of living. The same invitation is open to you.

At FirstLight, we believe lasting change is about more than just individual behavior modification. True freedom grows in the context of discipleship, honesty, community, and grace. While our Women's Sexual Integrity Ministry is still in development, our vision is to create an experience for women to pursue healing in a Jesus-centered community marked by compassion, wisdom, and hope.

WSI Ministry Leader
Candace Blackwelder is leading the development of FirstLight's Women's Sexual Integrity Ministry. With a background in teaching, theological training, and a passion for discipleship, Candace is committed to helping women discover the freedom and restoration available in Christ.
As she develops this ministry, one of her highest priorities is listening to the stories and experiences of women who are seeking help.
