MEN'S SUPPORT GROUPS

It takes great courage to admit that you need help. ​

FirstLight Men's Sexual Discipleship Community is a highly confidential environment where men can be known and accepted in the ways that Christ intended.

The primary ways that we seek to break shame and isolation are through highly structured, highly confidential check-in meetings. We currently have 6 in-person check-in meetings and more than 15 virtual check-in meetings every week. All check-in meetings are open only to men who are members of the Men's Community.

It is through the check-in meetings that men are able to deepen connections with other men and even find mentors or coaches within the community. We call these mentors/coaches Point Men.

We also offer 11-month intensive groups that meet weekly with two trained volunteer facilitators and no more than 8 men in each group. Groups start twice a year and run for 11-months with a high level of expected commitment and extensive self-reflection work. These groups are closed to new men once they start.
